Care Link Health Transit

This program offers door-to-door accessible transportation for persons 55+, and those of any age with a disability. This is a safe, professional, and non-emergency service. We provide a timely access to area hospitals, doctors, personal errands, shopping, and more. Some of our goals include creating a sense of well-being and comfort for our clients, as well as assisting them in maintaining their own independence. Service is available for, but not limited to the following…Medical Appointments, Shopping, Personal Errands, Social Events and much more.

Clients within the Municipality of Essex, including, Harrow, Colchester, Oxley, McGregor, Maidstone, Oldcastle and Cottam can call direct 519-776-4231.  If you are unsure which area that you fall into, please call 1-855-728-1433.  A dedicated staff member will ask you a few questions and transfer you to the correct agency in your area for service.
